How to Buy

Just like a “real” exhibition, works will be sold on a “first come, first served basis”. Exhibits will continue to be on show for the duration of the event, for the enjoyment of visitors, whether sold or not.

The Exhibition will be updated regularly and pieces which have already been purchased will be marked as “SOLD”. However, it is not always immediately possible to affect this update, so you need to check availability:

When you have decided upon a piece you wish to purchase in the exhibition, if it is not already marked as SOLD (indicated by a red dot) click the

“Check availability and/or Buy Now”

button for that exhibit.

This will transfer you to a secure off-site store front. If the piece has already been purchased you will see it is marked as "sold out". If still available, you may make a secure purchase, using Paypal or your credit/debit card (facilitated by Paypal), by following the on-screen instructions.

It is highly recommended that you buy each piece separately, rather than putting them in your “basket” and continuing to browse. An item will not be marked as sold until you have CHECKED OUT, so might be purchased while you have it in your basket. It will cost no more to order items separately and carriage costs will be combined if necessary.

You will receive a confirmation from the Exhibition and also a Paypal receipt.

The work will immediately become unavailable for others to buy, even if it is not marked as SOLD in the exhibition (and it very quickly will be). So, you can safely be aware that it is yours!

Terms and conditions

Prices shown for Exhibition works DO NOT include the cost of dispatch.

If the total value of your purchase/s is £395 or above, postage and insurance will be FREE worldwide.

Otherwise, if you require the work to be sent to you, you need do nothing extra at the point of purchase. You will receive a separate Paypal invoice for postage/carriage within a few days. If payment of this additional invoice is not received within 48 hours of receipt the sale will be deemed invalid, the purchase price returned, and the work re-offered for sale.

By purchasing the work chosen YOU HAVE AGREED to this method of delivery, if required (see arrangements for collection below). Work will be sent via a reputable service, to be signed for and insured to the value of the piece, plus carriage and handling. Upon dispatch you will be sent a tracking number, and any further necessary information. Where more than one item has been purchased they will be sent either together or separately according to which method is the more economic.

If you live in the UK and would prefer to arrange to COLLECT your purchase(s) from Helen, please

e-mail ([email protected]) or telephone (01284 700254)

within 24 hours of your purchase.

Returns will only be accepted if the work has been damaged during transit. Please check the piece(s) upon arrival and retain any paperwork, delivery note, etc. In this case, the seller should be notified ([email protected] or call +44 (0) 1284 700254) and the work, together with documentation should be returned. A full refund will be given, including the cost of postage/handling (if applicable).
